This patient underwent a connective-tissue graft harvested from her own palate to treat gum recession around the lower posterior teeth, with PRP and PRF used to support the healing environment. After healing, the treated area showed thicker, more stable gum tissue and improved root coverage; individual results vary. This patient underwent multi-site gum grafting, including two free gingival grafts and a connective-tissue graft using the VISTA tunneling technique to treat recession and strengthen the gumline. After healing, the treated areas showed thicker, more stable gum tissue and improved coverage around the affected teeth.

This patient underwent cosmetic gum contouring to reduce excessive gum display and create a more balanced gumline, followed by porcelain veneers. She selected a brighter shade to achieve a whiter, more harmonious smile.
